ABOUT ME

I am an Actor/Dancer and a Creative Facilitator who creates expansive and deeply human spaces where people - especially artists and creatives - can connect with themselves and their creative process, reclaim their agency, and explore transformation through presence, insight, and intuitive reflection.

I am also a supportive partner and a cat mom. I currently live on stolen land belonging to the Lenape People now known as Brooklyn, NY where I am grateful to be able to spend time in the nature that surrounds my neighborhood. As a performer I have more than a decade-long history as a collaborating artist with Third Rail Projects, in addition to my own independent performance work. I hold a professional coaching certification from Leadership That Works, an accredited program of the International Coaches Federation, and am a proud graduate of the Terry Knickerbocker Studio Meisner Acting Conservatory program. My happy place resides in moments where I can remember to pause, play, and breathe.
