Never A Good Time
There is never a good time to start working with a coach. Just like there is never a good time to start anything when there is always something. And now is especially not good. I mean what would we even talk about? What is there to transform or transition into when we are all stuck on pause? What goals can we meet when there is such uncertainty that lies ahead for our livelihoods and our well-being? I mean where would we even begin to process the changes that have been thrust upon us?
Maybe, we begin exactly where we are.
I know my best days are days that I coach. And by coach, I mean deeply and actively listen to the person I am working with. On these days, I get to show up to clients with my full heart and my full presence and receive their full heart and full presence in return. There is no agenda other than to notice what is being co-created by the two of us. The possibilities are infinite. It is a connection beyond words, beyond to-do lists, beyond knowing the answers to things. And yet we always end up exactly where we need to be. Somehow shifted, somehow refocused, somehow, in a different place from where we began - even if that shift means feeling solidly more grounded where we are.
